Acquired 7 years loss prevention experience with Ford Credit, with three collection Ritz Awards and seven All-star collection awards for excellence and performance in the Western Region with a pecialization on Spanish accounts. ü Extensive knowledge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy process regarding collections for private Individuals and companies. Effectively assessed credit risk exposure before and after a bankruptcy to properly develop an action plan to identify credit risk and make recommendations to limit credit exposure. Developed and administered several different collection techniques using personal references, physical addresses, credit report, and DMV information to locate skip customers and repo vehicle or bring account current with update payments. ü Have a mastery of collection investigations combined with forensic audit techniques involving judgments, liens, and the levy process in the State of Arizona and California. Completed all required procedural collection reviews on all large balance $50k plus accounts in a timely manner to identify potential misrepresentations or fraud and prevent a potential skip hazard in a multi-state jurisdiction.
