Developed and administered several different collection techniques using personal references, physical addresses, credit report, and DMV information to locate skip customers and repo vehicle or bring account current with update payments. ü Have a mastery of collection investigations combined with forensic audit techniques involving judgments,liens, and the levy process in the State of Arizona and California. Completed all required procedural collection reviews on all large balance $50k plus accounts in a timely manner to identify potential misrepresentations or fraud and prevent a potential skip hazard in a multi-state jurisdiction.
