My responsibilities included meeting with the customer to determine needs for phone and data service, ordering equipment, ordering telephone lines and data service, scheduling technicians on site, creating and maintaining a time-line from start to finish of project, being the liaison between the company and the telephone service, training the personnel on the new phone system, and providing support throughout cut-over until sign-off and acceptance.
