Daily Duties at Motorola:

Responsible for all shipping and receiving operations at Motorola literature distribution center. I was directly responsible for inventory accuracy, bill of lading and shipping invoices to insure paperwork compliance. In this position I managed 25 direct reports, wrote performance appraisals, interviewed, tracked OTD, and scheduled daily work assignments. I was instrumental in introducing the barcode shipping/inventory system at this location. I am also OSHA fork truck trainer certified.
