Daily Duties at Honeywell:

Responsible for the daily production of the repair and overhaul of aircraft landing systems: I have 3 teams 1st and second shifts 35 direct reports with 3 team leaders, 4 quality inspectors and 3 receivers, 2 shippers. (Safety) Arizona STAR VPP site. (Quality) FAA certificate of excellence Diamond award, 2004-2008 FAA AMT award one of only three companies that earned this award in the state of Arizona in 2009. ISO 9100 certified facility. I am responsible for leading and maintaining a Lean culture, standard work, customer and supplier issues, all human resource responsibilities including discipline, attendance, performance appraisals, drug and alcohol compliance, adherence to company policies and procedures, recognition. Responsible for my teams meeting their production goals. (Metrics) OTTR, Quality, safety, delivery, (inventory receipts, shipments and WIP), TAT, overtime, 5S score card. I am responsible for the training program at our site and the certifications and cross training for my employees. (Health Safety and Environmental) Adherence to all environmental laws and regulations, RCRA, HAZMAT, DOT general security, safety sensitive work (repair station), weekly audits, communication, training, incident investigations. I hold daily production meetings and weekly all hands meetings covering Safety, Quality, and Productivity. I am proficient with Word, Excel, Power point, SAP, Outlook, E-Charge (time keeping).
