Collaborate with senior leaders in business development, Industry Innovations Creative Center and commercial Business Units to evaluate growth opportunities. Influenced investment decisions and supported five-year America’s strategic sales forecast and investment planning initiatives by providing critical market analysis. In previous role Led 12 direct reporting sales, marketing, and technical service personnel in region covering the United States, Canada, and Mexico to meet and exceed sales revenue, managed global customer relationships and contracts, new product applications, and customer service issues. Responsible for $50M P&L and $800K annual budget.
