Daily Duties at Campus Management, Inc.:
Assisted with all aspects of implementation or process engineering to utilize CampusVue for financial aid processing. My involvement could range from process analysis, to developing process and/or functional requirements. In this role, it was also imperative to work in an ad hoc capacity with existing customers to identify new efficiencies which could be leveraged by utilizing new features or reengineering existing processes. Understanding the rules around financial aid and the way CampusVue works were critical to the effectiveness of these engagements.
