Daily Duties at Commercial Lending Capital:
Oversee & originate commercial loans nationally via inbound and outbound telephone calls and internet. Educate brokers on different commercial programs. Review and validate required financial documents prior to review for under-writing; Quality Control Analyst, Market: mortgage lending companies, real estate, title & debt settlement industries. Sales, counsel, and relationship building for long term value propositions. Contact, respond, present and educate brokers and borrowers to review issued term sheets for accuracy and final acceptance.
