Daily Duties at National Defense University/Networkxchange (Contract) :
· Working with Industry Study lead faculty members to identify and coordinate transportation, lodging, administrative and logistical requirements in support of various Field Studies programs · Contractor working with appropriate government and private industry offices and agencies to plan, schedule and coordinate the required support for each of the travel programs. · Relying on a strong financial background, the contractor will work closely with the Industry Studies Program Director, the Industry Study group lead faculty members and the ICAF Budget office in planning and monitoring the execution of the individual group travel budgets. · Preparing schedules, programs, spreadsheets and other correspondence as required to coordinate planning and implementation of courses to the travel program
