Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin/Unitech:

· PRBuilder is the beginning phase in the procurement process that is mandatory by the US Marine Corps. · Working as a contractor supporting USMC to assist the Program Office & Developer with implementation of new processes and correcting new and existing issues (bug and enhancement fixes) within PRBuilder. · Reviewing and analyzing current organization, methods, and procedures and recommending improvements therein for use in new and existing releases. · Assist with conducting requirements gathering and detailed system design details to include detailed methods and various operational requirements with USMC. Discussing & proposing new requirements with management; working alongside with USMC's user departments their requirements, workflow, training, etc. · To implement proper procedures and support business processes; support in analysis that reflect workflow (business process), audit points and output requirements. · Review procedure manuals of input preparation for new releases within PRBuilder. · Advises programming staff (developers of the software application) with detailed diagrams of system issues and test scripts to help with program development analysis and corrections to the system. · Assist with discussions to revises existing systems process to increase efficiency. · Assists in developing training material and classroom environment training and instruction to Govt. employees & USMC personnel. · Research and solve problems with customer and report complex issues to the developers. · Using computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail, and other software and informational websites to include (.mil, .govt. etc) to support reporting analytical and information processes. · Support with issues that involves interfacing with financial and other systems within the procurement end to end process. ie (SABRS, SPS-PD2, WAWF etc).
