Manage customer service personnel, warehouse personnel & drivers. Responsible for all back office operations of a operating center, inventory, GL budgets, forecasting of inventory. OSHA & AIB inspections. Union environment - handled all grievences. Maintained a fleet of 26 delivery trucks.
