Daily Duties at Vista Staffing Solutions/ On Assignment:
Promoted to launch new international division and direct the business development for expanding VISTA’s domestic physician staffing business internationally into Australia and New Zealand. Managed the business development and staff by contracting with local hospitals & outpatient clinics through overseas presentations, human resource and marketing programs with physician providers and hospital administrators. -Responsible for full P&L operations -Compliance Management by developing domestic NCQA guidelines to adhere to international credentialing standards. -Responsible for developing workforce solutions with overseas hospitals for physicians in family/emergency, anesthesia, general/orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, obgyn and radiology.
