Daily Duties at Supplemental Health Care:
Responsible for full P&L and operational management responsibility for national allied travel and new national physician business. Established the strategic planning and development of operations, customer sales & marketing, training field staff, developed the Joint Commission Accreditation Certification & NCQA guidelines, process improvement initiatives, responsible for national account business and building a profitable business line in physician staffing. Directing all financials including: aging, planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost per employee analysis, and administration initiatives
