Secure potential tenants for strip centers across a 5-state region by coordinating the company’s internal leasing program in conjunction with external brokers. Analyze all economic and legal items in the Letter of Intent (LOI) to ensure total lease agreements with tenants. Negotiate LOI terms. Monitor and pursue all delinquent accounts. Review title reports, covenants, conditions, and restrictive agreements to identify usage restrictions. Compose default letters, litigation phase documents, and stipulation agreements. Prepare and distribute ancillary lease documents including mutually agreed upon terms, commencement letter agreements, and lease addendums to modify, extend, renew, or terminate lease agreements. Generate standard lease administration reports. Manage and monitor lease files and database. Run financial background checks
