Daily Duties at Knauss Snack Food:

In house customer service & sales. Managed all data to outside sales, assisted customers with orders, ensured accuracy of bill of materials, established pricing tiers in MAS200 to improve the sales order process. Was responsible for all data input into MAS90/220. Liaisoned all communications for outside reps, VP & customers with manufacturing & shipping.
