Daily Duties at Cigna:

Checking in patients, Obtaining insurance information, obtain payment for visit, assisted physicians as needed. Placed patients into rooms and obtained vital signs, Draw labs, preform lab tests (pregnancy, rapid mono, I-Stat, Amalyse, CBC, Rapid strep, PT/ INR, Urinaylsis, and sending other labs to outside facility as needed). Assisted patients to X-Ray. Gave nebulizer treatments to patients. Also gave patients DME as needed such as nebulizer, and crutches.
