Daily Duties at Aig Valic Southwest Region/Northwest Region:
Managed office functions to support management and 20+ financial advisors. Coordinate conferences, trade shows and events for the Northwest and Southwest Regions and district offices. Manage marketing budget and database. Create and maintain marketing calendar of events for website. Maintan tradeshow booths, order promotional items for conferences. Order checks for registrations of conferences and events, sponsorships and donations for district and regional events. Process and distribute conference related leads and follow up. Prepare group reviews for all districts extracting group data from system reports and other sources and formatting to one report.
