Daily Duties at Allstate:

Drive overall growth through a deep understanding of business partners' cultures, future needs, and current constraints. Act and be the 'face' of my organization to my clients while internally communicating and advocating their needs and goals. Manage high dollar, highly complex partner/vendor relationships. Communicate regularly with vendors to move new initiatives forward. Ensure vendor and ARS financial and business objectives are met by managing expenses and improving on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, drive vendor staffing requirements by forecasts and planning through development of call distribution strategy and staffing & financial models. Work cross functionally to execute plans on time and within budget. Ensure vendor contract compliance and manage contract renegotiations. Manage profitable growth. Understand partner goals and translate them into actionable solutions to drive profitability and partner satisfaction. Lead cross-functional teams to launch new partner relationships and implement campaigns. Strategize internally and with assigned partners to balance short term, tactical needs within overall, long-range corporate goals. Effectively manage all required internal and partner communications to achieve desired results from day-to-day verbal and written correspondence to high level, strategic planning meetings. Communicate all relevant updates, strategies and needs with an underlying focus on partnership. Build plans internally and with partners to close any gaps, enhance program, or outsource new opportunities in order to manage growth profitably.
