Daily Duties at Chemtura Corporation:

Blueprint Design - Team members review industry best practice models of SAP CRM 5.0 and decide what could be used "out of the box" or what needs to be customized. Test - Test implementations of the blueprint design. Playback Results and Make Key Decisions - Team members review testing results and make decisions on "do without" or cost / benefit further customization. Create Training - Once key decisions have been made "a day in the life" scenarios were created according to my area of responsibility, territory management. For each module I completed train the trainer, train end users. Report Outs - I provided weekly report outs to our management team on key areas of project completion, key dates, training issues, productivity improvements, and areas of concern for futher debate to support funding customization. Upon Go Live - Each SME was required to handle help desk calls for their area of expertise. Mine was territory management and CRM. Phone Updates - Each day I would provide phone updates to key functional leads within the business on issues the software implementation would have on thier areas. Issues from this built my report outs to management.
