Daily Duties at Cvs:

Directly lead and supervise all non pharmacy employees including the planning, assigning, and prioritizing of work Assess store needs and make changes to assignment and priorities based on present volume of business, peak business periods, receipt of new inventory, sales and merchandising opportunities Review all weekly and monthly reports and documents pertaining to store sales, customer service, staff training progression, vendor and truck deliveries, shrinkage, and register transactions Oversee store compliance with safety guidelines, and maintenance of accurate and current personnel records Recruit, interview, hire, and train store staff; develop employees for advancement within the company Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and profit Customize company plan-o-grams to the needs of the specific store with a focus on creative sales building Analyze and evaluate all operation reports and business reviews; develop plans to improve overall store performance including pharmacy Direct employees in the execution of plan-o-grams, merchandising, inventory plans, stocking, organization of deliveries, accurate pricing, and overall store maintenance; make recommendations for improvement Coach and keep employees engaged to improve and maximize performance, commitment to the company, and commitment to quality and service
