Daily Duties at Net2000 Communications:
Successfully established a parts inventory for technicians that decreased Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by 30 percent using MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Provided leadership to 5 Nortel DMS 500 (Digital Multiplexing) Switch Technicians and7 Field Technicians assigned to a Central Office; shared switch experiences and provided training opportunities. Participated in daily sales department conferences to provide reports on customer circuit delivery. Coordinated the installation and removal of NORTEL switch equipment with vendors and contractors
