Daily Duties at Wis International Inventory Service:
• Managed all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the district consisting of 50-75 clerks and 3 supervisors from 3 satellite offices. • Hired and trained over 120 employees. • Organized all Financial, SKU, Warehouse, and Fixed Asset inventories. • Ensured the overall accurate and efficient operation of inventory counts through the recruitment, training, scheduling and supervision of crew. • Directed and supervised team of 8-75 Inventory Clerks during inventory counts delegating responsibility as needed. • Utilized operational, organizational, motivational and communication skills to optimize performance. • Planned and conducted Performance Appraisals in a timely matter to ensure employee files were current.
