• Manage all 46 Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores in my region (PA, NY, OH, WV) via voice mail, e-mail, and in person through extensive travel. • Responsible for carrying out the representation required in my region in a proactive, organized, and professional manner. • Responsible for Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Supervising, and Tracking Flex and Territory Managers.
