Serves as a first responder and go to person within all facets of the hotel’s responsibilities and business. Functions and carries on the task of the General Manager when absent. Accurately handles all accounting cash, check and credit transactions while performing bookkeeping activities, such as balancing accounts, posting charges for rooms, food, liquor, or telephone calls, to ledgers and conducting nightly audits. Develops relationships by providing a homely environment to extended stay guest, effort results in guest returning, receiving excellent on weekly surveys raising the overall national level of the hotel.
