Daily Duties at Hometeam Pest Defense:
• Achieves assigned gross sales revenue goals (commercial, residential, cross sale) • Developing and implementing the sales plans and goals to budgeted revenue. • Monitors the performance of sales representatives and provide sales training, continuing sales skills education, and coaching as needed. • Assists in the preparation of financial projections and develops a plan for achieving the goals. • Demonstrates the ability to answer questions, research problems, and resolve issues. • Creates a positive work environment. Attracts and selects high caliber employees, while consistently maintaining qualified staff of 8 or more Sales Representatives. • Actively manages the performance and motivation of sales staff to achieve required performance outcomes. • Ensure organized and thorough records are kept of sales activities
