Daily Duties at Veritas Software Corp.:
Responsible for selling and engineering software solutions for the largest data protection, e-mail archiving and security software company in the world. In a complex sale, configuring and selling highly technical solutions to companies, 100 million in revenue and up. Many of these solutions include but not limited to data protection, disaster recovery and e-mail archiving. Much of my responsibility engages and supports national resellers who are certified on our products as well as direct sales of these products to the customer end user. Delivered a quarterly quota of over 3 million dollars mainly from the Mid Atlantic region. For the 4th quarter 05 I achieved 120% in revenue licensing and support with a forecast of over 4 million for the coming quarter. Of over 60 reps in this North American group for the current quarter I was number 1 in quota attainment.
