My responsibilities include but not limited to: Development of international and national distributors for our products. Management and motivation of 30 inside sales team members. Maintain sales training and development of inside sales team Deliver and maintain sales quota for inside sales team Maintain and deliver 30,60,90 and annual performance reviews of sales team Maintain high standards of personal and team performance Direct team sales meetings
