Daily Duties at Bella Vista At Hilltop:
Responsible for all phases of property management operations including but not limited to leasing, resident retention,administration,maintenance,payroll submissions, collections and legal claims and settlements. To direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained,at all times, in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation and satisfied customers. Directs and coordinates activities of on-site staff by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
