Managed and supportedWrote and tested SQL Query Functions in a QA environment using Client\Server Applications as front end and Oracle Data Base as backend processor. In addition supported and maintained Retails Banking for Online banking application and Telesales Markets along with interrelationship Data Base files to generate Online Banking and to produce daily and weekly management reports from Call Center Site to Fulfillment departments.
