Daily Duties at Cardinal Clinic Llc:
•Responsible for supervision and division of duties of cases at Cardinal Clinic, a private practice agency that offers OP Therapy, Targeted Case Management, Intensive In-Home Services and Therapeutic Foster Care to children and adolescents up to age 21 in North Carolina. •Responsible for quality control of intakes, assessments, and determination of services for TCM, IIH, and TFC. Documentation includes completion of CCA/DA, ITR’s, PCP’s, NCTOPPs, and associated state and local documents. •Duties also include review and approval of daily progress notes, maintaining monthly supervision logs for CM’s, and maintaining monthly reports. •Attend weekly case reviews, QM, credentialing, and leadership committees. •Review, evaluate, and train for new hires
