As corporate project manager of client software upgrades and implementation, represent firm nationally and internationally, establishing a high quality, thorough and well-communicated business image. Prioritize client requirements and initiate meetings with development resources and management to effectively strategize and resolve project issues. Communicate complex business and/or technical concepts to clients and/or management. Provide clients with software releases to facilitate projects and ensure thorough client comprehension of deliverables. Communicate project status to clients and management; while monitoring communication from support team and other client-oriented personnel. Ensure all issues are appropriately triaged and that all errors are efficiently addressed.
