Responsible for all supply chain activities for products manufactured and/or packaged by 3rd party vendors. This included approximately 88 products with revenues of $477M and a vendor spend of $70M. Activities included negotiating contracts and pricing with the vendors, production planning, insuring on time delivery from vendors, primary point of contact with all vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, conflict resolution, and working with vendors on cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
