Traveled worldwide trouble shooting multi-million dollar high-speed printing machinery using Vibration analysis tools, logic, and worldwide company resources while dealing with Customers, vendors, and technicians. Design a fix, install, and insure customer satisfaction. • Designed tooling for field service use, and providing cost effective solution to support field technicians. • Developed and managed tooling databases for calibration requirements supporting ISO 9001 quality assurance. • Analyzed customer equipment and software problems and recommended cost effective solution and implementation tactics including on site Mechanic’s repairs vs. flying in field technicians. • Managed and initiated internal billing, and coordinated contract machining and fabrication for field projects. Supervised on-site planning of mechanics, electricians, and trainers. Followed project until customer satisfaction had been achieved.
