Assess human resources policies and procedures, implement modifications as needed to promote business objectives, drive profitability, and ensure operational excellence. Define and implement departmental best practices. Institute safety processes to facilitate compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Outline benefits packages, incentive programs, and remediation strategies. Responsible for employee acquisition, retention, training and development.
