Daily Duties at Andalex Group:

Responsible for the strategic planning, development and implementation of informational systems. Strengthened accounting departments located in New York, Panama and Curacao. Reviewed day-to-day operations, tightened internal controls and shortened monthly statement closing cycle with improved accuracy. Recruited, developed and managed staff. Hired to oversee development and execution of operating plan for construction developer and property management corporation controlling four-star hotel, and resort, office buildings, and condominiums. Manage accounting team of 22 staff members in New York, Panama, and Curacao. Review financial performance, monitor budget variances, and preside over monthly closing process. Provide executive summary presentations of financial information to senior management and handle forecasting and development of $100M+ annual budget. Utilize Citrix to monitor worldwide financial operations and analyze databases with Access and ACL software to mitigate potential internal control risks.
