Daily Duties at Community Partners, Inc:
Trainned staff to daily skills for individual consumers, scheduled trainnings for staff, worked closely with Program Manager, performed payroll duties, bi-weekly scheduling for staff, ordered and reviewed medications for all consumers, supervised medication books/logs, on the interview team for new hire, wrote and updated Personal Care Plans and HAB plans for individual consumers,and ran staff meetings. Worked directly with individual consumers who had severe behavior problems, met with Guardians/parents, Dr's., schools, work issues they have, organized and scheduled their daily needs and desires, assisted in helping them make good choices for themselves, anything pertaining to daily needs and desires for individuals with disabilities.
