Manage a high volume of accounts for banks, and mortgage servicers on loans being processed for short sales and foreclosure. Review realtor and broker applications, evaluate agent experience and make decisions for the purpose of agent approval and working for our company. Maintain client and broker relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and timely resolution of brokers needs to complete the work. Manage a portfolio of loans for banks and mortgage servicers, prepare legal documents, monitor and prepare reports for lenders and servicers on loans. . Analyze and resolve client issues in a timely and accurate manner, support products and brand, promote customer service, and document customer interactions.
