Maintain client and broker relationships through effective communication, problem solving, and timely resolution of brokers needs to complete the work. Manage a portfolio of loans for banks and mortgage servicers, prepare legal documents, monitor and prepare reports for lenders and servicers on loans. . Analyze and resolve client issues in a timely and accurate manner, support products and brand, promote customer service, and document customer interactions.
