Daily Duties at U.S. Army:
Supported daily finance operations of customer service, processing, debt management, AWOL/DFR and finance systems servicing over 20,000 Master Military Pay Accounts (MMPA). Provided direct guidance and over-watch to three detached Brigade finance teams. Utilized the Master Military Pay Account to audit all members’ pay. Ensured debts were valid, debt letters were sent, and members received due process. Educated and counseled members on debt procedures, remission and cancellation of debts, and 2/3 and 1/3 rules for collecting debts. Processed all notice of levy and garnishment's within regulatory guidelines. Trained Human Resource Managers. Simultaneously served as Chief of Military Pay.
