Provided management analysis and administrative support to AFSB-IZ Battalion/Logistics Support Element (LSE) Commanders. Developed, analyzed, researched and evaluated new or modified management policies, regulations, goals, guidance, statues or objectives. Incorporated management information system data into analyses, identified impediments and/or risks and recommended alternative approaches. Advised managers on a variety of Human Resources and employment law topics. Planned, executed and reported on original or continuing analyses, evaluations or investigations by implementing the Lean Six Sigma approach. Utilized knowledge of contract documents and contract filing system to properly prepare and maintain solicitations and contract records. Gained knowledge of bid and proposal preparation portion of Federal Acquisition Regulation. Established housing operations for Army Materiel Command (AMC) in Baghdad. Processed Developed Statements of Work.
