Daily Duties at Dimensions International :
Provided management analysis and administrative support to AFSB-IZ Battalion/Logistics Support Element (LSE) Commanders. Performed evaluation of assignment of projects and studies that required analysis of interrelated issues, such as effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Coordinated and maintained the Battalion/LSE Master Calendar of Events on synch matrix. Developed project related timeline, trend analysis, cost project success. Developed, analyzed, researched and evaluated new or modified management policies, regulations, goals, guidance, statues or objectives. Incorporated management information system data into analyses, identified impediments and/or risks and recommended alternative approaches. Advised managers on a variety of Human Resources and employment law topics. Planned, executed and reported on original or continuing analyses, evaluations or investigations by implementing the Lean Six Sigma approach. Utilized knowledge of contract documents and contract filing system to properly prepare and maintain solicitations and contract records. Gained knowledge of bid and proposal preparation portion of Federal Acquisition Regulation. Established housing operations for Army Materiel Command (AMC) in Baghdad. Processed Developed Statements of Work.
