Daily Duties at Milwaukee School Of Arts:

As an executive administrator, it is my responsibility to stay current on compliance regulations at the State and Federal level in all areas; as it pertains to the daily operation of the company. This requires me to have extensive knowledge of Federal and non- Federal program administration guidelines, to maintain knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply sponsor, institutional and departmental polices, to have the ability to manage high volume and complex transactions, to implement award mechanism including; grants, contracts, subcontracts, and cooperative agreements, to have the ability to interpret policies for others, to assist the employees in having an excellent customer service focus and most importantly; demonstrating the ability to show independent judgment, as well as ,having strong organizational and communication skills.
