Acted as main point of contact with regard to tax compliance and overall process development for the fiscal oversight of corporate business.Developed tax processes in support of vendor initiatives and collaborated with audit, marketing, and purchasing to define methodologies ensuring regulatory and legal compliance for the five regions and 1000 plus individuals making procurment decisons. •Worked with various functional groups(Accounts Payable, Access Management, Data Systems and Customer Provisioning to implement processes compliant with federal, state, and local tax laws. •Defined and executed necessary changes to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory venues. Centralized all requests through the creation of a corporate web address to suppport all employee related purchasing activity.
