Supervised two assistant professionals who oversaw the Junior and Ladies’ Programs, while coordinating the Men’s Tennis Programs. Helped direct staff and membership in transition of new Director. Successful resolution of membership conflicts. Forecasted revenue/expenses; held accountable for actuals; created successfully implemented, revenue-generating ideas. Managed the Men’s Doubles League and increased participation by 20%. Developed programs for the men that enhanced their experience at the club. Developed a singles ladder and increased participation by 35%. Extensive knowledge of merchandise sold in the pro shop and services offered.
