Daily Duties at Hackberry Creek Country Club:
▪Oversaw the overall operations of a two hundred member tennis program; including fiscal budget responsibilities, the day to day operation, establishing and maintaining broad ranges of relationships with members, providing quality member services, as well as overseeing facility maintenance. ▪Responsible for new member recruitment, retention of membership through event planning, creating long term relationships, customer satisfaction and achieving corporate financial goals by implementing a competitive cost and profit structure. ▪Gross overall revenue increased by 125% in the first 3 years. ▪Implementation of cost and profit structure decreased net loss by 37% in the operating tennis department budget. ▪Extensive knowledge of all services offered and products sold in tennis pro shop. ▪Managed and scheduled up to five tennis professionals for services including but not limited to group lessons, private lessons, development clinics for adults and children, and coordinating leagues, tournaments, junior camps and special events. ▪Schedule and mentor proficiency of up to nine Pro Shop assistants in a Point of Sales System (POS), extensive range of services offered and products sold in the pro shop, maintenance of the facility and building rapport with members and their guests to offer excellent customer service. ▪Managed a pro shop buyer and inventory controls including running reports, accounts payable and receivable. ▪Promoted and assisted all areas of the club including food and beverage, golf and aquatics by executing and timing of special events which would include their department and assist profit margins.
