Daily Duties at Lehman Brothers Holdings:
• Respond to employee’ inquires in relation to a full range of HR topics including but not limited to benefits, record status, short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, health insurance policy clarification, life insurance, pension, and 401k for both Lehman and Barclays employees. • Process and audit HR transactions concerning employee records including new hires, status changes, exit process, benefits enrollment, benefits administration, salary changes, bonus programs, and service award. • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work with minimal or no supervision, prepare/present programs to groups from diverse backgrounds, exercise critical human relations skills, and maintain confidentiality. • Ensures all benefit vendor/representatives are provided with employee participation information in a timely manner. Verify that all changes to coverage are reflected on monthly medical/disability/life reports, initiate premium payments due to carrier. Experience in Excel, PeopleSoft, using VLook up functions, and some automation of HR reporting to Manager.
