Daily Duties at Signature Technology Group:
• Performed onsite Service Desk and Technical Support to client server farms worldwide with hundreds of Windows/Unix servers and thousands of users. • Repaired, maintained, and updated all varieties of servers, disk arrays, PC’s, printers, and terminals, including all interface equipment. • Supported client base included accounts such as California Department of Corrections, International Paper Company, Weyerhaeuser Inc., HP Kraft, HP NMCI, HP Marathon Oil, RJ Reynolds and Zixcorp
