Daily Duties at Kt Consulting:

Responsible for Consolidation of IT support under the WHS Information Technology Support Contract (WITS) to foster collaboration between the WHS domains, enterprise, and contractor organizations to achieve stated program objectives for WHS ITMD and in turn, WHS. In this capacity deliver performance-based enterprise and domain IT services that support WHS’s evolution to a more efficient performance-based operation. High quality IT services shall be a tool by which WHS is better able to achieve its mission. Responsible for the implementation of a transition management oversight office to stabilize operations and begin consolidation, including structural re-organization, baselining, and validation of configurations, data specifications, and requirements for the Enterprise Framework and Domain Applications. These activities required me to provide guidance and process improvement methodologies and facilitation in order to transform WHS-wide business strategies requiring customer-centric views into business processes and service delivery. Provide solutions to transform WHS IT Services from a distributed resource model to a centrally managed Enterprise Services Model, allowing WHS Directorates to focus on their core mission and not IT infrastructure. Key Achievements:  Developed the initial Program Management Office standards for acquisition and business process management. These standards provided the first ever technical integration process to formalize the acquisition of information technology and information systems throughout the information Technology Management Directorate.  Served as the senior consultant for the Executive Services Division to review, recommend, and implement the Washington Headquarters Services IT integration project into an enterprise solution based process.  Assisted Government and contractor stakeholders in defining enterprise standards, coordinating and leveraging projects with e-government initiatives, formulating, and directing short and long range strategies designed to consolidate over 500 applications providing services to over 7000 users.
