Prepared status reports and monitored regulatory and compliance market filings and approvals. Launched first company-wide associate consumerism benefit plan for 15,000 associates, significantly reduced cost increase in trends (3-4% versus 8-10% industry norms). Independently, carried out project objectives to reflect the Human Resource department priorities and milestones. Documented processes and facilitated meetings to ensure product implementation activities were met. Established and maintained internal relationships and market rapport. Exceeded delivery dates for expedited accessibility in the markets. Managed successful communication programs for 15 product introductions.
