Daily Duties at Ares Corporation:

Senior Financial/Logistics Analyst, Rosslyn, Virginia Logistics Engineer/Accounting Senior Analyst supporting the Integrated Defense Acquisition Life Cycle Management Module establishing customers position within the acquisition framework. Provides logistic acumen and planning advice to top level management and accounting staff supporting government contracts to include, daily interaction with key contractors, customer Program Managers, budget administrators, contract officers and DoD affiliates to ensure it relates to statement of work items and contract requirements. • Responsible for assisting the Chief Executive Officer with key management issues to include program planning, financial analysis, material and resource management. Create Request For Proposal/Quote (RFP/RFQ) in support of government and commercial solicitations. • Operates day to day through the use of financial accounting principles, forecasts, and financial plan analysis, to prepare for Defense Contract Accounting Agency audits and ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Financial Acquisition Regulation reporting requirements. Develop invoices, bill payment, accounts payable, and receivables to include vendors and customers on numerous Missile Defense Agency and Government contracts.
