Responsible for providing project and administrative support to key level decision makers, including Assistant VP’s, Product Managers and other Product Development staff. Created, maintained and reviewed monthly budgets, incomes and expenditures to process quarterly metric reports, analyzing and presenting data via PowerPoint Presentations to recommend methods to improve operational efficiency while reducing spending. Scheduled and coordinated meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors, while coordinating travel and lodging arrangements.
