Daily Duties at Trc Vectre, Lion Technology, Tank & Line Compliance:

Supervise and coordinate the schedule of support services staff, manage and certify all phases of Accounting including AR, AP, Payroll, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries, purchase orders, project budgets, cost analysis, pre-tax financial reports, insurance review for renewals. Also, purchasing for office and building supplies (capital and expendables), manage and coordinate databases for sales and marketing mailings along with sales reporting, troubleshooting and maintenance of computers and network system, organize and schedule office/building maintenance and repairs. Assist President and Vice Presidents with reporting, letter preparation and staff meetings.
